Thank you so much for your interest in this year’s Christmas Mini Sessions!

These sessions are fun, relaxed, and fast-paced. The goal is to capture beautiful, festive images of your children in a short amount of time. Each mini session is just 15 minutes—quick, easy, and perfect for little ones.

You’ll be surprised by how much we can create in such a short session!

Sessions fill up quickly, so please reach out as soon as possible to secure your preferred time.

What’s Included?

For $100, you will receive:

• A 15-minute mini session

• 10 high-resolution edited images

• A private online gallery

Additional images are available to purchase for $10 each, but there is no obligation to buy more.

How to Reserve Your Mini Session

1. Fill out the questionnaire

2. Sign the photography contract

3. Pay the full session fee

4. Your date and time are officially reserved!

If All Sessions Are Booked

Please still fill out the questionnaire. This allows me to contact you if someone cancels or if additional sessions become available.

Are Session Fees Refundable?

Mini Session bookings are final and non-refundable due to limited availability.
They also cannot be rescheduled to another date or time.

If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to gift or resell your session to a friend or family member. If you do so, please notify me with their contact details, as each family must sign a contract.

Weather Policy

If weather prevents us from shooting on the scheduled date, the rain date is Saturday, 6 December 2025.
Please ensure you are available for both dates before booking.

What If We’re Late?

To keep the entire day running smoothly, sessions must start and end on time.
If you arrive late, we will begin as soon as you arrive within your scheduled window, but the session will still end at the original time.

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow for settling in and any last-minute adjustments.

When Will I Receive My Photos?

Edited images will be delivered within one week of your session.
You’ll receive an email with your gallery link and password.
Your gallery will remain active for one month.

Do I Have to Print Through You?

No—your included images are yours to download and print wherever you like.
However, professional prints can be ordered directly through your online gallery if you prefer.

Who Can Participate?

These Christmas Mini Sessions are designed for children who can sit independently, up to 8 years old.
Siblings only for this year’s sessions.
